Aikido (and MAC) Featured on Studio 23's Wildcard

Hosts Aaron Atayde and Frances Fleta of the Wildcard sports TV show visited the MAC dojo at Makati Sports Club during lunchtime on Friday, May 8, 2009, to experience aikido and learn a couple of techniques. Ten MAC aikidoists, led by chief instructor Dam Amaranto, held a sample class for the cameras. Aaron learned to execute and receive nikyo ura, and Frances performed a solid kokyunage.
