MAC Launches Its First Instructional Video

MAC formally launched its first video project on Saturday, October 9, 2010, at its dojo — a 20-minute instructional film titled "The Five Aikido Steps," aimed at serious aikido students of all skill levels. The video discussed the importance of accurate, precise footwork as a foundation for aikido excellence, and demonstrated how a serious student could build footwork skills and make them second nature.
It was produced and edited by MAC member Leon Aman, with filming done between August and September 2010; various MAC members and instructors performed for the camera. The video was shown at the start of the Saturday class, with orders for copies taken afterward.
