MAC Teaches Aikido at Makati City's SMART Youth Program

For the fifth year running, Makati Aikido Club black belt Troy Nones led the aikido component of Makati City's SMART (Sports, Music, Arts, and Recreational Training) summer program, a long-running arts-and-culture initiative established by then-city-councilor Junjun Binay.
Classes were held at the 4th Floor, Insular Bakery Building, along P. Burgos Street, Makati City, from April 25 to May 27, 2011. Previous years' SMART programs had typically trained at least 60 Makati youths each summer, with that year expected to exceed those numbers.
