Giovanni Capannelli and Oscar Mistula Promoted to Roku-Dan

Sensei Giovanni Capannelli — founder of Tada-Juku Manila, a leading figure in the Filipino Federation of Aikido, and teacher of MAC's early-morning Tuesday/Thursday class — was promoted to roku-dan (6th dan) at the 2016 Kagami Biraki celebration at Hombu Dojo in Tokyo.
Sensei Oscar Mistula, who trains and teaches in Sydney, Australia, and hails from Cagayan de Oro City, was also promoted to roku-dan at the same Kagami Biraki.
