Traditional New Year's Eve Practice

The Makati Aikido Club held its traditional New Year's Eve practice on Wednesday, December 31, 2008, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at its dojo in the basement of the Makati Sports Club Sports Pavilion. The tradition began on New Year's Eve 1984, the club's second year, and has continued without interruption since. All belts and non-members were welcome; optional spiritual training followed at a venue announced at the close of class.

Simply show up 15 minutes before any scheduled class and introduce yourself to the instructor or to anyone who appears to know his way around. They will take care of you from that point. That is all.
