First-Ever Inter-Federation Practice and Enbukai, for Iwama Dojo Relief

The Sendai earthquake of March 2011 prompted a first in the Filipino aikido community: an inter-federation practice and enbukai (demonstration) held Saturday, May 14, 2011, at Club 650 along E. Rodriguez Avenue (C5), Libis, Quezon City.
Proceeds from the P200 mat contribution went entirely to Hombu Dojo's fund-raising campaign to rebuild the Iwama Dojo, heavily damaged by the earthquake. The event was organized jointly by the Pilipinas Aikido Propagation Association, the Filipino Federation of Aikido, and Aikido Philippines.
