MAC Kyu Promotion Exams and "Leg Power in Aikido" Video Premiere

MAC Chief Instructor Dam Amaranto conducted a promotion exam for various kyu grades on Saturday, May 21, 2011, at the club's Makati Sports Club dojo, before the end of the regular 6:30–8:00 p.m. Saturday class.
The same evening, MAC shodan Leon Aman gave the world premiere showing of his latest training video, Leg Power in Aikido, an eight-minute film featuring senior MAC instructors that calls attention to the importance of lower-body muscle groups in executing aikido movements.
