126th FFA Monthly Interclub Practice

The Filipino Federation of Aikido's 126th monthly interclub practice was held on January 7, 2012 at Club 650, C-5 Road, Libis, Quezon City. This session was hosted by Aikikai Center of the Philippines (ACP). Interclub practice, running since September 2000, rotates hosting duties among FFA's member dojos and is open to aikidoists from any organization.
This session doubled as a fund-raiser for victims of Typhoon Sendong (Washi), which had struck Mindanao the previous December. The event raised PhP10,000, which FFA's Ian Reyes donated to the Philippine Red Cross on behalf of the Philippine aikido community. It also featured guest instructors and students from PAPA and Aikido Philippines alongside FFA, with a rotating cast of instructors leading segments of class followed by a multi-dojo demonstration.
