An Old MAC Tradition: New Year's Eve Training

The Makati Aikido Club's New Year's Eve training, held December 31, 2011, marked the 27th year of a tradition observed every year but the club's first, always scheduled 2:00–4:00 p.m. so as not to interfere with family New Year celebrations. The tradition is held in partial emulation of Hombu Dojo's own New Year practice in Shinjuku. The event was open to the public.

Simply show up 15 minutes before any scheduled class and introduce yourself to the instructor or to anyone who appears to know his way around. They will take care of you from that point. That is all.
